Preventative Plan

The Eunique Dental Preventative Plan is run by Eunique Dental purely for the benefit of our patients, to encourage regular treatment and oral hygiene. Patients can join the Plan following successful completion of a New Patient Assessment and are at liberty to withdraw from the Plan at any time subject to an agreed notice period. If patients cannot attend the Plan treatments during any given 12 month period, they will lose those treatments unless otherwise agreed with Eunique Dental. Eunique Dental retain the right to discontinue the Plan at any time.
